Four layer, violet and vanilla alternate sponges, mod symbol cake.  Very subtle violet flavouring added to the sponge, complimented with a zesty lemon buttercream.  And edible sparkle of course.

Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream icing.  It has pink/red swirls in the icing.  I love how the colour strengths vary as they’re piped

Babyshower cake - sandwiched with half blue buttercream icing, the other half pink icing.  If the sex of the baby is unknown, then the mother-to-be cuts the first slice, and whichever colour she gets determines the sex of the baby.  Lightheartedly of course! 

3 year old’s birthday cake.  The 3 is made with Dolly Mixtures, Jelly Tots, edible silver balls, real fruit jelly sweets and edible glitter.  The icing inside and out, is made with egg whites and creates a marshmallow-like texture.
